About Concept

Concept is celebrating 25 years of business lead by directors Tony Foster and Lyndsey Bennett. After taking over from Concept’s previous owners in 2000, Tony and Lyndsey have grown the business through meticulous hard work and dedication. Based in a fast-paced Sheffield studio, with an outstanding team of designers and project managers, Concept prides itself on being considered one of the leaders in our industry.

Working in partnership with many industry leading retail and leisure businesses, we consistently deliver outstanding projects from concept to completion, on time and within budget. Providing a tailored approach to each project, we provide turnkey solutions to major design and project management developments through to smaller fit out and refurbishment projects. Concept are reactive with creativity in abundance whilst always maintaining the mindset of optimising returns for our clients, through understanding how budgets can be allocated to maximise impact for their customers. Put simply, our job is to put our client’s business needs central whilst designing the space their customers want.

We are proud of our carefully selected team and the professional qualifications they hold from degrees through to Chartered Society of Designers status. Understanding the importance of career progression and invaluable industry insight, we have partnered with several education providers to support internships, apprenticeships and work experience placements.

But aside from the serious stuff, we are a unique family who love to collaborate, celebrate each other’s wins and most importantly, have lots of fun along the way! As cliché as it sounds, we really do love what we do!
